Glenn Moore – Destination Broome
Broome, a hidden gem nestled in the rugged beauty of Western Australia’s Northwest. Broome is a travel destination that captures the essence of adventure, isolation, relaxation, and cultural immersion in a setting unchanged for millions of years.
Broome’s pristine white sandy beaches, crystal clear turquoise waters, rugged red pindan cliffs and fiery nightly sunsets create a postcard-perfect backdrop that will leave you in awe.
Although Broome’s climate is warm all year round, it is Broome’s more temperate months that attract most tourists, between May and August when temperate minimums drop to 14-15°C and rise to 28-29ºC maximums during the day. Each side of the peak tourist season both minimum and maximum temperatures gradually rise to 26°C minimums & 33ºC maximums in December to February. Broome’s best time of year for mine is pre & post season. Both March & April before and September to November after is when Broome can be experienced without the manic influx of people and Broome’s true relaxed lifestyle can be experienced.
That’s why “You are always guaranteed a warm welcome in Broome” because as soon as the plane or car door opens you feel the warmth reach out and embraces you, literally. And we’re a pretty friendly mob too.
